Get tested: If you have any concern about HIV, get tested. The rash you described does not suggest HIV infection.

Not HIV: The rash associated with HIV lasts at least several days, often 2+ weeks, and is continuous. Also, rash is never the only symptom of a new HIV infection. A rash that comes and goes this quickly probably is an allergic reaction of some sort. Get medical care if it continues or you remain concerned.
