Radiculopathy?: Best to see a doctor for examination. If you mean by radiating it is going down the legs then it may be related to an irritated disc or nerve root. If the pain is constant and deep and you are feeling feverish or unwell you may need to see someone urgently to consider ruling out urinary infection or other serious causes.
