Prescribed x4 500 mg flucloxacin and x3 500/125 mg co-amoxiclav for double ear infection daily. is this amount safe ? it's for 7 days. feel nauseous

Safe?: Probably safe but unnecessary there is no benefit to taking those 2 penicillin based antibiotics at the same time. Will just make you sick and not get you better any faster. Stop the fluclox would be my call.
