Probably benign: There is a difference between dizziness, as in lightheaded, and spinning sensation. If it is lightheaded with position changes [stand, or sit up] then it could just be a mild drop in blood pressure. If it is spinning sensation, triggered by position change, eg head turn, then it may be inner ear. This is most often benign and goes away on it's own. If it persists or gets worse, go see a doctor
