Yes. Technique.: The ultrasound measurements depend on the "operator". If 2 people scan the same person, rarely do they choose the EXACT same location. Also, US pictures are grainy, so measurements aren't accurate. Therefore, measurements can vary from 1 scan to the next either because of measurement error or because what's there has changed. Depends on magnitude of the change. Talk to your doctor. Good luck.

Yes, although not by: ultrasound is operator-dependent, meaning different techs can different results but the difference may not be signigicant
