Postcoital bleeding : Needs checking with a doctor exam and a smear if not uptodate. Depends on your age. If younger you may have cervical ectropion but do need checks to exclude medical conditions that may be serious

Vaginal blood: If you've already completed your menstrual period and have been spotting midcycle, this would be abnormal. Since you bled significantly after vaginal intercourse it could be from trauma to vaginal tissue, but another possibility is the presence of a vaginal or cervix abnormality. I recommend an examination by your gynecologist.
