No. The quarantine: for rabies is set at 10 days because a rabies-infected animal can only transmit the disease after clinical signs have developed and once these signs have developed, the animal will die within 10 days ... so the cat that scratched you didn't have rabies. Stay well:)

No: If the cat had rabies, s/he would have died by now. By this time you are also beyond the incubation period for cat scratch fever. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
