Hello! around a year ago, some red pimples started appearing around my mouth, on my chin, forehead and around my nose. i'm 24 now and i never had acne?

It's possible : There are many possibilities. Try to wash your skin with a mild moisturizing soap 2 to 3 times daily. There are problems such as PCOS (a complex hormonal problem) that can cause this type of rash. If careful skin cleansing does not resolve the rash, see a primary care doctor or dermatologist for an evaluation.
