Hello, i've noticed a extremely itchy patch of tiny bumps on my upper left thigh but don't know what could've caused it or what it could be?

Steroid: try to put a steroid cream OTC . If it gets better it's most likely allergy related. If it gets worse it's most likely fungal. Then apply an antifungal cream OTC. If not better you will need to see a Dr. For allergy related symptoms you can take an Allegra or Zyrtec OTC.
