Sutures OK: Not all suture material is black colored. In fact, the majority of the suture used at the skin is clear or white. We often use a clear plastic-like suture for the laparoscopic incisions called monocryl. It is "dissolvable" and will go away in time. If it protrudes or bothers you, have your surgeon remove the piece in the office. Good observation!
