Antibiotic ointment: Cleanse with soap, water and antibiotic oinment two times per day. Your surgeon may prescribe oral antibiotics.

Clean cloth: Clean it with a clean cloth. It's probably ok if it is moist, but not too wet. Ordinarily, it is not normal to have pus coming from a surgical incision, unless there is an infection. Please have your surgeon evaluate the wound asap to assess whether or not this is ok for you. Hope this helps!
