Confusing. STD?: Confusing quesiton. It says you're asking "on behalf of someone else only 1 year old", but no pain when you urinate. If your male and have discharge from the penis, almost certainly it is an STD -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Lack of pain or urine burning makes no difference. See a doctor ASAP; no sex until then; sex partner(s) also need exam and treatment. Good luck.
