White spots?: The little white spots are likely salivary ducts that are occluded. We have salivary and oil glands and ducts all over the reason for the condition you have is difficult to figure. I would likely send you to an oral surgeon to evaluate, though it could be related to something you are eating... Or even your toothpaste. You should see your dentist next time it occurs.
