I've had a UTI but this morning I got a sharp aching pain in my lower abdomen/sides, and its gotten worse. A lymph node in my neck is swollen as well.
I have a large lump on left side of my neck, that is steadily getting larger and harder. This started 3 days ago, and it was small and just looked like a swollen lymph node. I figured I would be sick this past weekend, but nothing.

I have had ONE swollen lymph node on lower left side of neck. It is not very large - the size of a small pea. noticed it after having covid in December (its April). It has decreased in size since first noticing. Not painful. Should I be concerned?
