These two symptoms: are likely unrelated. You didn't provide your age, but a brown spot is typically a benign mole/nevus, a seborrheic keratosis (dried accumulated surface skin cells), etc. Your chest feeling heavy could be asthma, an infection, and if it more likely occurs with exercise, angina or heart trouble. Start with your primary care provider; she/he can likely sort both of these symptoms out pretty quickly.
