Fibromyalgia: If medical workup is normal, it is possible to have pain localized in one area then shift to another after a while.

Not fibromyalgia : By definition fibromyalgia comprises of diffuse pain. Localized pain is not fibromyalgia.

6 months off/on pain on lower left side of ribs. Left side of back has pain + knots too. Fatty multiple lumps movable. One spot will usually flare up.
