A member asked:

Have slight pain in testical when touched. no lump or discoloration. also no swelling. looks normal. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably nothing.: Testicles are a sensitive area (duh!) so touching them can cause "slight pain". As the old joke goes, if it hurts when you touch them, don't touch them. In the absence of lumps, discoloration, or swelling, there is no tangible finding to be concerned about.
