January 14: The conception date is when the sperm meets the egg, and is the day a woman gets pregnant. The moment she gets pregnant, she is officially 2 weeks pregnant because that is the standard way pregnancy dates are counted. Dates for natural pregnancies are estimates, which means the conception date is January 14, plus or minus a week. The pregnancy officially started December 31, plus or minus a week.
