Don't be confused: Technically you got pregnant AT conception. Since only women who do IVF can know exactly when conception occurred, we don't usually date pregnancies from concept. but from the last menstrual period, which is usually 2 weeks before. Since sperm live a few days, conception may NOT even be the day you had sex. This makes it seem as if your pregnancy started 2 weeks early, don't let this confuse you.
