If it was due to the IUD generally you would have more symptoms e. g. pain. discomfort or bleeding. But if it persists have your Gyn check you. Good luck.

The most common side effects are irregular bleeding for a few months, lighter or shorter periods or no periods. PMS which includes headaches breast tenderness, skin blemishes, and nausea. Yes it is possible to have some nausea.
