Possibly: Lymph nodes are a significant part of the immune system and the main job of lymph nodes is to help fight infection. If your lymph node is related to an infection that has resolved, it can stay larger for a period of time. However, if a lymph node is present for weeks after an infection or if you did not have an infection, I recommend seeing a physician for the node. Good luck
