IVDA: If you are referring to IV drug abuse I would call 911 and go to the ER. These may be neurological symptoms from a stroke versus peripheral nerve damage. IV drug abuse also leads to necrotizing fasciitis and gangrene so prompt emergency physician evaluation is necessary.
