NSAIDS: If not allergic I would recommend OTC Aleve, 1 tab by mouth on a full stomach 3x/day: alternatively you can use Advil ( ibuprofen ) 200mg 2 tab every 4-6 hrs on a full stomach. For my female patients I advise a gym bra that covers the rib area.

Tylenol: This is a type of inflammatory arthritis. Taking Tylenol 500 mg tablets 1-2 tablets up to 4 times a day will improve your symptoms. This dose is okay as long as your liver is functioning normally and you do not take with alcohol. DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 4000 mg PER DAY!
