Lung bubble: Lung bubble "Bulla" suggests emphysema /COPD. Bulla air filled units in the lung is found in smokers, as a congenital disease, or in Erhlos -Danlos or Marfan's syndrome. May also be a bleb- air between the lung and outer surface . Increases risk of pneumothorax (lung collapse) not cancer except that smoking causes cancer. Or may be lung cyst which is not always cancer. f/u /w /doc
