There are quite a: few things that can cause a noise like wind to be present in your ear. I assume you are not standing outside without ear muffs. Usually it is caused by wax build up but there are vascular and nervous system causes that can be more serious. If it persists you should be seen by an ENT or neurologist for evaluation.
