Start tracking: if you are someone who has irregular periods, it's not uncommon for your uterus have difficulty with getting rid of all of the menstrual blood all at once and so you can sometimes have blood that is more red and then blood that is more dark, which is order blood has settled in the uterus for a while and had not gotten out. track your bleeding and talk to a doctor about ways to regulate better.
