See below: If your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant at that time. It is common to have some irregular bleeding with Mirena. Also, due to the progesterone in the Mirena, you may notice some side effects such as nausea, moodiness, bloating,etc, which may be mistaken as pregnancy symptoms.
