My mother takes donepezil at night. she often has disturbed sleep. quetiapine 25 mg recently added. can she take donepezil in the morning instead?

Ask prescriber: In general Donepezil is dosed at night. I am not aware of an interaction with quetiapine or a reason a person couldn't take them together but it would be best to talk to the prescribing physician or her pharmacist.

Evening is preferred: Donepezil is typically taken at night because of certain side effects - if she is now taking quetiapine it is because of other issues related to her disease, and thus you should consider consulting the prescribing my physician prior to any changes. Morning dosing isn't optimal.
