Eye Pressure : That is an excellent question. Studies show the differential diagnosis for pain and pressure behind the eyes is wide. The diagnosis is made based on the history and physical exam. If you are experiencing persistent symptoms from a sinus infection you should be referred to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist. Any loss of vision or blurry vision go to ER that has Ophthalmology on duty please.
