Concussion?: If you have recently had a head injury in the last few months you could have a post concussive syndrome where it is difficult to concentrate and headaches are frequent. See your doctor for an exam and to rule out other causes.

Headaches: come in several types, e.g., muscular, vascular, cluster. Stress headaches are unpleasant but fairly common. Please start w/a visit to your doctor to rule out medical conditions. Then consider seeing a clinical psychologist for stress management training such as biofeedback or clinical hypnosis. (See www.asch.net for referrals). Peace and good health.
