See your PMD: First It is important to what kind of medical certificate it is Y what is the purpose of this certificate is? Is it for disability or ref to some thing different so better you see your PMD as they have all of your records on the bases it was issued

Sorry: This service is not set up for that kind of issue. If you have or need a MC it would be best to be involved with your GP anyway

Please see your GP: If you have an ongoing issue which has required you to be off work for 2 years then the best person to renew your medical certificate would be your GP. We do not have sufficient information to make this decision over an online portal.
