Ringworm: Sweating from activities under the arm are common. You can apply clotrimazole cr 1% (Lotrimin cr used for athlete's feet) OTC. Also for itching can apply OTC hydrocortisone 1% 2x/d until rash gone. Keep pat dry. Ringworm classical can be circumscribed but other itchy/scaly patches can occur with yeast/fungus.
