Don't play odds.: One of the vital signs (BP) is abnl, so something is going on. At your age (21) cardiac causes are unlikely but possible. In any case, it's best not to take chances. An ER or Urgent Care center, can perform "diagnostic trials" of different drugs to narrow cause. Nitro generally means cardiac; but antacids ("green goddess") means GI (acid reflux). There are many possibilities. Get help soon!
