See doc ASAP: The presence of chills suggests the presence of a systemic infection . Since the flu season is over, you will need to get checked out . Although you have symptoms suggestive of a sinus infection, sinusitis is not usually associated with chills or purplish nail beds. Any urinary tract symptom?
