Maybe: If you had no neurological symptoms and the management of your fracture was pain relief that is great. There could be many reasons for abdominal pain. What was the original injury?There are nerves that supply the intestines that can be affected by L1 fractures, taking narcotic analgesia can slow down bowels and cause problems. Worth discussing with your doctor.
