Abdominal : Abdominal pain can be a tricky thing to figure out. You may have gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis, an ulcer, gall bladder disease, or maybe something more rare like a tumor. Since it's been going on for a few days and is affecting your life negatively, it's time to call your doctor. They can take an in-depth history and do a physical which will hopefully narrow down the possible causes of your pain so you can be treated appropriately. Good luck!

Pain and vomiting: This symptom, if it only occurs after eating, may be due to pylorospasm. Other possibilities include gallstones, simple food intolerance, gastritis, gastric ulcer, achalasia, hiatal hernia. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
