See doctor: A rising liver enzyme warrants consultation with a doctor. If you are overweight, lose weight (easier said than done) if you drink alcohol - stop doing that; if you are taking any medications, discuss those with your doctor. You need to ascertain the cause of rising SGPT and treatment will depend on the cause. Wish you good health.
