I'm being treated for a sinus infection. i also have ankylosing spondylitis. i have a pain in my right armpit when i breathe, is this a big deal?

Uncertain: A sinus infection does not behave any differently in the presence of ankylosing spondylitis. There is also no obvious reason why your armpit should hurt when breathing. It is thus prudent for you to consult your family doctor to find out the reason for the pain.
