When Panic Attacks: I would recommend the book when panic attacks by david burns. This disorder is most certainly not best treated with a medication. All the drugs we have are designed to be a crutch for a few weeks while you develope coping mechanisms and skills http://www.Amazon.Com/gp/aw/d/076792083x/ref=redir_mdp_mobile/191-4803422-43.

Rib pain: Costochondral separation may take anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks, and sometimes even longer, to "heal." in some cases the separation may not entirely heal, but instead a fibrous healing occurs which results in resolution of pain. It's ok to exercise while it heals, just let pain be your guide - don't do anything that exacerbates your pain.
