Tingling near anus: Sound like sicatica like pain/ parathesias due to herniation ( saddle anesthesia). Sitting places a lot of pressure on the spine and can exacerbate disc disease. Rarely could be herpetic lesions or other skin issues but the tingling is significant Would follow up with ER today -now .
