Well,....: Most likely you acquired an inflammatory reaction or Hematoma which is like a bruise under your skin. Since it has been 3 months, See your Doctor and get the area clinically evaluated so that any testing can be ordered and the proper treatment can occur. best wishes.

Exam: When you sustained a contusion to your breast there may have been a small amount of bleeding. The tenderness should be better by now so I would get a full exam and depending on your age maybe a mammogram to make sure your bump didn't expose some underlying process that needs examination. Stay calm don't worry and see your MD. Good luck.
