No risk, no worry: Probably you mean HSV1 (type 1 herpes simplex virus), not HVS. The answer is no: even if you have HSV1, e.g. oral cold sores, you will never infect another body part, including a cut on the scalp. If that ever happened, it would not cause brain infection. No worries at all.

HSV: HSV does not necessarily migrate to a cut unless it runs over the nerve distribution the virus is on. Your brain is protected but the bony skull and separated from the skin by this bony structure.
