MSK issue: Brooke, Since more serious medical have been excluded, I would consider seeing an MSK specialist (sports/ortho). This may be muscular, myofascial, shoulder pathology. In addition these areas tend to be where we store "stress" and can manifest as physical symptoms. I would first consider being evaluated for musculoskeletal (MSK) causes. Physical therapy may be needed.
