I feel like i am coming down with a cold or virus. i have runny nose and feel exhausted. is it okay to workout 5 days a week? or do i need a break?

Rest: One of the most important things to do for an infection is get extra rest. Cut your workouts in half or take a few days off. You can take some medicines for symptoms, Tylenol or Advil for aches and fever, nasal saline sprays for stuffy nose. Gargle warm salt water for sore throat. Take it easy and pay attention to your body's cues.
