Apparent worsening: it can happen up to a couple of weeks after starting therapy for active tuberculosis, with some worsening fever, chills, cough or chest pain, depending on the extent of underlying infection. its good to see a physician to make sure it is indeed paradoxical, and not aother condition such as pneumonia that can cause these symptoms,
