If this is chronic-: -pain syndrome, it needs early treatment, so it does not become a chronic regional pain syndrome, which is very hard to treat.nerve blocks R usually sympathetic blocks, or steroid infusion. They R done 2 break the pain cycle of more pain, less use more pain & so on.ketamine infusion I'm not familiar with. B sure U R treating with an MD U trust & have confidence in.
