Stacker 2 diet: pills are herbal supplements containing a combination of herbs and caffeine.The high dose of caffeine boosts energy but in many results in shakiness/jitteriness. There is no documented effectiveness for weight loss. With a recommended dose of 3 pills daily after meals I would surmise that the effects wane after 6-8 hours. I would wait 8 hours before nursing again.I'd probably pass on these pills:)
