Doctor can evaluate: Bad stomach pains means something's wrong. It may or may not be related to eating or to the types of food. Pain could be from gallstones in the gall bladder, or from pancreatitis. It could be acid or ulcer pain, appendicitis (usually right lower tummy), a blood flow problem, or twisting of intestines. If one has no available personal doctor then one can try a reliable Urgent Care clinic or the ER.
