UTI? Other problem?: Can't tell without more information. You need examination for the cause of your symptoms, probably including urinalysis and perhaps urine culture to check for UTI. Abdominal pain is not typical for UTI -- depending on your age and other symptoms, other exams and tests may be needed. Do not start any antibiotic until advised by doctor; if you guess wrong, it could make accurate diagnosis harder
