I've been on verapamil 120 for years that were supposed to help barometric migraine. just endured over 15 hours of severe pain. verapamil is out!! ?

Can be frustrating: There are numerous medications that are FDA approved for migraine, some cannot tolerate them all and finding the perfect fit can be a challenge. For barometric headaches, I may consider acetazolamide. I would talk to a neurologist with special interests in treating headaches.
